Neptune's Taphouse And Eatery

I walked in for lunch with a party of four at 12:20 PM. The restaurant wasn't busy, so we were seated right away. We ordered drinks, which arrived quickly, and then we placed our lunch orders. However, we ended up waiting for an hour while we watched every other table and the people at the bar, who had come in after us, receive their food. Our waitress never informed us about the status of our meals, and it seemed like our order might have been overlooked. Finally, around 2:30 PM, we had to ask for the check for our drinks because we were starving. There was no apology or any offer to comp our drinks. It's disappointing to say that this place is poorly managed.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! We visited during a girls' trip and enjoyed excellent food and a fantastic atmosphere. I tried the Siren Song beer and really liked it; it paired well with the sushi. I noticed they also offer sandwiches and burgers for anyone looking for different options. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food at this restaurant. They have a dedicated gluten-free fryer and a knowledgeable waitstaff, which made me feel safe as someone with celiac disease. I'm grateful to find such a delicious and reliable place to eat in Montana. The fries and the genuine jalapeño ranch were a real treat since I rarely get to enjoy those outside of my home. My kids also loved the decor!

Neptune's loves its regular customers, on of whom lets hid aggressive dogs loose in the beer garden and and refuses to pick their. Neptune"s is deeply unsanitary. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Réservez une table maintenant
