We were gifted a Nespresso Vertuo so we visited this store to see all the things we can do with it. The Glendale store is closest to us, about 2 hours away.As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted and offered a sample. We declined the sample but wanted to look around.I felt like we couldn't look around. We were asked what we were looking for. We didn't know. We just wanted to see what else was Nespresso.We were rushed into making a purchase and not given the chance to look around. I heard there was a milk frother? Didn't get to see that until after we bought something.I kept trying to look at the menu and the sales lady would pull it away from me and tap her nails on it as she was ex...
Appreciate every single associate working at this store. The ambiance of the store is so warm and cozy not only due to the aroma of the coffee but also due to its amazing staff. Greg has always been an absolute sweetheart and a true gentleman. He listens to what I would like to purchase and he always goes above and beyond in his service. I’m always out of the store with a big grin on my face. I don’t drink coffee with additives and I’m particular with coffee choices and he always suggests the best. He also made me coffee to test and made sure I like what I take home. Thank you Glendale! Thank you Nespresso! And more importantly, THANK YOU GREG!
I live in Americana and I just stopped by to pick some coffee capsules.The shop looks nice and give me a coffee boutique vibe. They have many coffee machines displayed and I believe you can try some coffee too. The capsule menu is big and sometimes confusing. They have so many flavors and each cup size has it's own. I just wanted simple capsules with coffee with no added flavors. You can purchase minimum of 10 flavors each. Service was very quick on the weekdays I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Was out of an espresso coffee so took a real quick trip to the Glendale Nespresso boutique. Greg help me out and was one of the nicest guys that was very educated on coffee. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and gave me an expresso shot for the trip home. Then when I got home I saw he put a extra box of a variety of Nespresso pods. I was delighted. So glad that Nespresso boutique is in Glendale. Réservez une table maintenant
Rude staff. Staff doesn’t help people who are ready to checkout while others are sipping on coffee and browsing. Great that you want to provide coffee to customers but if they’re not ready to checkout, you should be able to help customers who know what they want and are ready. Line was out the door while staff chit chatted with customers drinking coffee.
The staff was friendly and I thought I had a good experience until I went home. I bought 12 boxes of vertuo capsules, which should last me a long time. I found 3 of the boxes will expire in 2 months and I felt so disappointed because I trusted the sales man and he knew that this amount should last me several months, so I am give 3 stars for that reason.
