I recently dined at the Saint-Blaise golf restaurant, and I must say that it was a great discovery. The setting is simply charming, with a beautiful and large terrace which offers a magnificent view of the golf course. It was the perfect place for a relaxing evening with friends. The meal was simply delicious. I opted for the chimichurri beef tenderloin, and it was to die for. Our favorite in the region! Fresh products from the market, nice atmosphere, nice service, nice premises, regional craft beers on tap, nice choice of wines from the region and elsewhere, nice choice of cigars to smoke on the terrace in summer, and above all a cuisine that has delighted our taste buds, full of flavors on the plate that begs to come back. Hats off to the chef and his team, we will come back without any hesitation and advise everyone who passes by to book with your eyes closed!
