Unfortunately I have to change my first review: We had been customers of Neuhof for years and ordered regularly. A few months ago we noticed that the kebab had become significantly smaller for the same price. In addition, the fries became more expensive 10. for one portion. They're good, but I think they're overpriced. Yesterday we ordered pizza, accidentally the little ones. Mine cost 26.00 and was actually more of a snack than real food. In total we have 74. ! Paid for 2 small and one regular pizza. Way too expensive. For that money I can go to a restaurant. In short, the food is good, but has now become far too expensive. We will no longer order from Neuhof. 1.Rating: I ordered a beef fillet with pepper sauce and fries. The order was not easy (communication). Nevertheless, I received everything the way I wanted. Delivery on time, quality and cooking level perfect. Courier friendly as always. Basically always good Today: Awesome, thank you so much!
The food I provided is not edible. The gnocchi were overcooked, so very, very soft. I called the restaurant and the man I spoke to was very rude. He said that it was the supplier's business and that the gnocchi were like that and that they had already had a complaint. I asked him why they sell inedible gnocchi. He told me that he didn't have time at the moment. He offered me a credit, I said I didn't want to order from them anymore and wanted my money back and they could pick up the food. He wished me a nice evening and hung up. It's not about 30 fr, but about the type of conversation. He was very, very unfriendly, since I am a regular customer of the restaurant, I didn't expect that. By law he has to pay me back.
