I placed an order online from New China and paid with my card, as I’ve done many times before. But when the driver arrived, he asked to see my card. Even after showing it, he refused to hand over the food. This was unexpected since none of my previous orders required verifying the card on delivery. Now, I’m stuck waiting 24 hours for a refund even though the payment was already taken from my account, and they won’t deliver what I paid for. I’m done with New China and will look for a restaurant with a better menu and customer service—somewhere the driver is happy to deliver and receive a good tip.
We have tried many Chinese restaurants in our area, but we stumbled upon this one by chance. After deciding to give it a go, we were completely impressed by the food—it was incredibly delicious and fresh. The service was friendly, and the staff was fantastic. The delivery was also remarkably fast. We are definitely planning to come back! Thank you!

I contacted another local Chinese restaurant that was advertising delivery, but they no longer provide that service, and the person who answered the phone was rather rude. On the other hand, when I called New China, they still offer delivery, and the young lady who answered was very friendly!

The rice lacked the authentic flavor of traditional Chinese cuisine. The dishes were greasy and uninviting, falling far short of genuine Chinese food. The chips were stale, the rice tasteless, and the honey chicken seemed old and unappetizing. The wonton soup was also underwhelming.
The service is warm and inviting, the food is delicious, and I consistently have a fantastic experience whenever I dine at this restaurant.
The egg drop soup at New China is incredible. The chicken wings are the biggest I've ever seen at any restaurant, and they taste amazing.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in the Tampa area! My fiancé and I are huge fans of this place! I would give it 10 stars if I could!
