New England Eatery Pub

Party of 6 arrived and were seated. Waitress was efficient but loud and treated us like children. My broiled cod and scallops came out completely white no sign of broiled. I was told that is how it looks and that is what I ordered. Others asked for crisp French fries she said you mean well done) ok. They came out barely cooked. She said it was because of new oil! Seriously. We live in Vero and have traveled there many times over the last 15 years. Never again. Not cheap there and don’t mind paying for good food but to be insulted by this waitress as if we were stupid. Unacceptable. Her name is Brenda.

First time in today. I ordered 2pc cod with fries cole slaw. Bit into my fish and it was raw.... couldn't get the mushy taste out of my mouth. 2 very small pieces of fish. I told the waitress and all she said was she would adjust the price. Never asked if I wanted more fish and didn't apologize. You wind through the outdoor seating to get into the restaurant (weird)! Place was dark, unappealing and very old. Not impressed. But... hubby loved his clam chowder!

We travel an hour every time we come here and it's always worth it. We got the Connecticut Lobster Roll, chicken pasta, cheese burger, fish nuggets, whole belly claims, mate dinner, and some boston cream pie. Really liked the onion rings and scallops. Everything was delicious!

It has been years since I've visited this place. However it always served up deliciously what was on the menu and is known for its lively atmosphere bringing friends and family together in south Beach melbourne. It's home to the locals. Réservez une table maintenant

I would’ve given the food five stars everyone I was with enjoyed their meals. I ordered the clam chowder and it didn’t really have any clams in it so that’s why it didn’t receive five stars food wise.

Nothing fancy, just good food at a good price with very nice staff. I recommend a visit. Btw, my chowder was great.

I wish there was more local fish and seafood options. Most of the dishes weee cod and haddock.
