I would consider this one of the pricier restaurants in the area that offers Chinese food delivery. However, I can't say that the quality and selection of the food justify the high prices. The food is pretty much average, both in taste and variety. The staff isn't very friendly, and their English skills are somewhat lacking. On top of the steep prices, they're also asking for tips, and complaints about the tip amount don’t improve the food experience at all.
I had a pleasant experience when I called to place my order. The staff member was friendly and provided me with the total right away. I requested that the delivery person come up to my apartment, and they did. The food was delicious and full of flavor. I will definitely order again. My meal arrived in under 30 minutes, and I enjoyed the pepper steak with onions and rice, shrimp ho fun, and shrimp with fries and tartar sauce.

Bad customer service! I call they put me on hold once they get back on the line I give her my 1st order and take a second to confirm my second order and this girl is going to tell me to get my order together call her back and hangs up the phone! This is what a Chinese restaurant should be! The food is fresh and hearty, expertly prepared, with generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. Vegan sushi and ramen done so so right!The place gets busy for a reason. So I highly recommend getting here as early as you can to put your name down.I have great respect for vegan restaurants making their dishes as delicious as possible in taste and texture. Shizen is no exception.
I always am super happy eating this delicious Chinese food. They are super friendly and make the food the way you want and are fast about it. I recommend this restaurant over all the other Chinese restaurants around this area.
