We tried this restaurant for the first time a few weeks ago and found the food to be quite good. However, when we placed the same order today, it was an entirely different experience. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The only dish that was enjoyable were the spring rolls. Overall, it felt like we had wasted a considerable amount of money on a meal that ended up in the trash.
How can you got mad at me wen ur food is not good spoil rice like she told me they been cook at so the rice been setting up like i told me girl that was fast so I said replace the rice shr kept saying the food is good i said just change it out she gave methe money back all mad ill never go back to that place close it down asap 6/14/2022
I was initially hesitant to try a new Chinese restaurant due to previous disappointments, but I was happily surprised by the delicious food at New Garden Chinese! The ordering process was very easy. That said, the customer service could be better, so don’t expect too much on that front.
Old and nasty!!! When I opened the box my food smelled sour all of my chicken wings were really hard and the insides full of black and dried blood. They don?t care what they serve. on the inside there?s a big NO REFUND sign. Don?t waste your money here Réservez une table maintenant
The food is good when it is fresh, lately they been recooking/heating food and try to pass it off like it's fresh. The wife/female has the worst customer service skills and likely is losing customers because of it.
The customer service was terrible, and the food tasted old and unappetizing. I suggest you choose a different Chinese restaurant instead.
My fried rice with egg was outstanding. The service was professional, and the kimchi was also excellent. I will definitely return.

The food was not that good the shrimp had a fishy smell and wasn't cooked all the way and the fried rice tasted burnt
