The food available on the conveyor belt are the same offerings that you can order from the menu, but it's fun to spontaneously grab dishes off the belt. really crowded, not the cleanest/poor well maintained buffet area, dry cake dessert, some bad quality served vegetables, some products are served frozen. this was my first hotpot experience ever and considering that they pay $30 a head I expected top quality. Although most of the food seemed to be exactly that, it was not all on the way. For example, I received a dewildered salate and some of my flower cabbage had on top black. meat was raw and seemed fresh, I had only a bell. they have a small selection of desserts, among them two bisskuchen, sawnepuffs, a few different fresh fruits and ices. They are located at the top of the sauce/season bar and unfortunately gripped and dinge were peeled...

the employees were not very friendly, we have always asked for things and had to ask several people to finally get it. the restaurant did not seem very clean, because Covid numbers have been up I feel they had taken extra precautions, but any bowl I picked up was dirty or sticky on the outside. I saw the woman on the back touching everything with her hands and with the same clothing plate and the counter wizard. also ran right before leaving a coworker in my friend with the car and spilled the hot pot fluid on him not apologising or offering them to help the chaos on all that they just disappeared and never came out again. after that they needed a 15% top.

I love coming here, but it takes forever to get anything from our waitress, regardless of how busy or slow the restaurant is. They tend to just go sit behind the counter or sit at a table on their phones. But food it great, selection is great, love the DIY sauce station Réservez une table maintenant

Pick your broth flavor, or make your own using their buffet-style sauce/flavor bar. Options are plentiful and delicious for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Service is fast and attentive. Highly recommend.

all they can eat is a huge bonus. but I didn't see any gloomy in the menu. other sites have included desserts. the food was very delicious.
