I placed an order for food at 5:30 PM and was told it would take an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called to check on the status and was informed it would actually take two hours. In the end, the food arrived after a frustrating 2.5 hours. I understand it was a busy Saturday night, but why say one hour if the actual wait time is 2.5 hours? That's far too long! The food itself was good, but the wait time was unacceptable, especially since I had called at 5:30 PM. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 and the service a 2.
