New Leaf Cafe - Réserver une table

This was a good find, don't judge the book by the cover is a saying well worth remembering. They pretty much do breakfast anytime, while they are open, but I am told chef goes off at 3pm. I had brekki here recently 2pm -it was called the big breakfast - and it was very big I thought. three rashers of bacon, two eggs (however you want), several sausages, tomato, 2 hash brown, two toast. (normally it comes with mushrooms, but as I don't like them I said just drop them, the lady was good enough to add the 2nd hash brown instead, I didn't ask it just came. So if your after a good hearty brekki the look no further. Outside it is a gravel car park - take no notice head on in, it is small, but clean and functional. friendly staff.

The appeal of New Leaf is the facilities they have for children. A seperate kids room with heaps of play equipment, a jumping castle and an outdoor fenced area with a climbing frame. This area can be closed off from the main area of the cafe, so your children can play happily in safety without disturbing the other patrons. The menu is fairly standard. Meals are of a adequate standard and generous serves, especially for the price. If you are a foodie you may be disappointed - but if you're happy with honest food and a play area this is for you. The other bonus of the cafe is that they frequently have special events for children. Coming up is a Frozen breakfast. If you follow their Facebook page you'll get the updates.

My daughter, myself and grandchildren went to this restaurant after my daughter had read about it on social media. Although we had had lunch already, we had a delightful cup of chai and coffee, very moist carrot cake and the children had a chocolate milkshake and cupcake. We had our afternoon tea in the children's playroom-excellent amusement for the children while we had a breather and a nice warm mug of drink. Very reasonably priced and the menu seems to be extensive. A friend of my daughter assures us that they have had meals there and they are very nice.

Not sure how this is connected with the church that it is basically in but the cafe employs people that need a little help with life. Food was average. Coffee and tea was perfect. Keep up the good work. They have an all day breakfast but they are only open until 3 pm.

We were visiting here for a kids birthday party and were impressed with the good service, and nibbles and cooked food. Kid friendly with plenty of toys available indoors, and an outdoor playground as well.
