hotel is nice, good location, and big parking just under. However, service can be better (we add to wait for last day for getting acceptance for late check out even in paying for it), decoration and furnitures of the bedroom could be nicer. we booked a Suite bedroom, and there was no furnitures with drawers for clothes....only closets, and very few hangers. The suite had a small nice terrasse with a long chair, 2 chaires and small table but the street in front of hotel is very noisy unfortunately due to heavy car traffic. Nespresso coffee machine was incomplete in the bedroom (missing part where you put the cup), only 3 capsules of coffee provided, and all of them where decaf only (instead o...
Visited in May 2023. What I really like in the hotel is the tiny details which make the room comfortable : pegs in the bathroom, a place for towels high enough to not get them wet when you take a shower. My room was big enough to feel cosy, everything is new and really clean. The only disadvantage I faced was the fact that my windows turned to the road, so it was a bit noisy sleeping with the window open... On another hand, my bed was covered with an amazing warm plaid, not with a typical synthetic cloth just for decoration as in most other hotels. I used it when I got cold at night and it made me comfortable.
Surprised when I was told that breakfast was included with the room, then was hit with a 39€ bill upon exit, for two people! They also pre-charged and reversed the transaction on my card twice before I arrived, with the refund taking it's sweet time, leaving me out of pocket for most of the stay. But the staff are golden and will bend over backwards to sort you out. They'll happily keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The noon check-out allows you to enjoy the pool, which unfortunately only sees sun in the morning. Rooms are clean, beds are big, but the layout is a bit confusing.
Il y a un voleur parmi les employés... j'ai été volé 300 $ en liquide... aucun service de chambre et ne dérange pas signe était sur pendant que nous sommes sortis pour une heure. La chambre avait été nettoyée ! 2 autres dans notre groupe avaient été amenés dans la chambre. Un homme 5’11” avec cheveux blonds.... pas de chaînes sur les portes! très décevant ! Arrête !
staff attitude is not good. the bed sheet smells due to imcomplete drying. no Wi-Fi networking for three days and the explanation given was it was weekend they cannot do anything. card machine not working, staff told us ATM is very close but took us to walk for two blocks.
