Great beer and friendly crowd. They opened at 5 and quickly filled up. I tried the Cloudcover IPA, which was solid— hazy and packed with hops. The Connecticut beer scene appears to be quite regulated, but it seems to be thriving like a resilient little flower pushing through a crack in the pavement. Everything about this place is wonderful. The drink selection is outstanding, and I really appreciate that you can order pizza at the bar—it's honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had. It does get crowded quite quickly, so I'd suggest arriving early if you plan to visit in the evenings.

so cool to see how this place has evolved. I am no longer a big IPA guy but for CT, very few places are on their level on that style particularly. The downside is when it comes to pretty much any other style. Nothing is bad, but they know their bread is buttered by IPAs.

I visited from out of town and had a fantastic experience. The staff were outstanding, and the food—specifically the pizza and Caesar salad—was delicious. The beer, Cloudscape, was also excellent. I would definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant!

We had a baby shower for our son and daughter in law last weekend in the Barrel Room and it was amazing! The space, the food, the drinks and the staff were very accommodating! TJ was so helpful with the planning-I would highly recommend!

Got two drinks and a sample and they were great; especially the coffee stout. I did not get any of the food but the pizza looked like it was very good. Would recommend.

Some of the best beer and pizza in Connecticut. Chill environment with games and large tables for the kids. Highly recommend.
