Horrible customer service. We placed our order and sat down, but after waiting for half an hour, we only received a small portion of the meal. Meanwhile, multiple plates of our order were delivered to tables that arrived after us. When we decided to pay for what we had received, the owner became angry and insisted we keep the extra plates that were made in error. Despite our refusal, he became aggressive. Eventually, we were pressured into buying the rest of the meal that we no longer wanted. Frustrated, we paid just to leave as quickly as possible and avoid further conflict. The shish kebabs at this restaurant are truly amazing - some of the best I've ever had in Sydney. I love the people, the atmosphere, and of course the food. We ordered two triple combination shish kebabs to share between 5 of us and it was perfect. The person who took my order processed my payment quickly and we had our food on the table in no time. The meats on the spits looked much better than average but the lamb came out a little dry. With the fairly low prices and big kebabs, it's still near the top for value. The skewer plates cost a lot more but I was staring at the skewer meats for a while and they looked amazing, so could be well worth a sit down meal.
