I order from New View regularly. The food is genuinely quite good, and the prices are reasonable. However, the staff tends to be unprofessional and rude. My wife attempted to place an order, and because she had made a complaint once before, they questioned whether she really wanted to order, implying that she complains too much. In reality, she has only complained once.
I ordered shrimp with mixed vegetables, but the dish was mostly just broccoli with only a few small pieces of carrots, snow peas, and a couple of mushrooms and baby corn. If I wanted shrimp with broccoli, that’s what I would have chosen. Service: 2 Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2
