I attempted to order food for my boyfriend's mother today as she does not have internet access and wanted a takeaway delivered during lockdown. It took hours to find an open Chinese takeout restaurant, but when we finally found one on Just Eat, we started placing our order. However, the restaurant suddenly closed while we were navigating the menu. We then tried Uber Eats and found the same takeaway restaurant again. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was disappointed to learn that if you live in a flat, you have to meet the delivery driver downstairs because they are not insured to enter the building. I expressed my concern about this policy to the lady on the phone, but she began shouting at me insisting that I come down, despite me mentioning that I had a young child with me. The food arrived lukewarm and seemed like it had been reheated in the microwave. When ordering the crispy duck and pancakes, I was disappointed to find that they only came with spring onion and no cucumber. Overall, I have had better experiences elsewhere.
We ordered crispy duck and the duck was not crispy or shredded it was sliced like it was out of a packet! They sent iceberg lettuce and thick sliced cucumber instead of finely sliced spring onion and cucumber. Salt and pepper chips and chicken wings, tasted disgusting, salty and nowhere near like salt n pepper. Special chow mein in gravy- very salty and all the dishes had the same taste which was massively overpowered by salt. We order Chinese a lot and I have never tasted anything so bad, it all got left, no one could eat it.
After trying many Chinese takeaways in Sheffield, this is the only one that has ever made me want to write a review! Its the worst meal i’ve ever attempted to eat. The curry is disgusting, looks more like gravy and has a weird chemical taste. The rice is hard like its been sat around all day. The meal arrived cold and and the chips were overfried! If there was a medal for the worst Chinese, this would win hands down. Will never order from here again, disgusting!

very nice crispy duck and chow mine, warns oversalted like a few other takeaways. it was a little late, but it was peaking at night on Saturday and we live directly above the other side of the city so understandable and we have nothing to do with it. we have also restored some free crispy spicy chicken wings/steels that were so tasty!
First time ordering from this place, was very nice in delivering to my address as they don't usually. Food came, almost cold and very poor quality products. Wouldn't order from here again left me with very bad stomach cramps.
Easily the nicest Chinese takeaway in the area. The food all has its own distinct flavour, unlike many where all the food is either really sweet or really salty. Just great.
The first time we ordered it was fantastic. This time stuff was missing from the order and the food was not good. We won't be ordering from there again.
