Ridiculously high prices. They charged me $8 for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The counter help was too busytalking with each other rathet than doing my order. . When I question the price they just told me yeah the prices have gotten higher Again. The bagels seemed to be stale. And they gave me about a teaspoon of cream cheese.I will not recommend this franchise and I will not be frequenting it again
Excellent bagels! Broad assortment is available, baked fresh daily. Certain varieties will likely sell out near closing time, so understand you will have a better array of choices earlier in the day.As of 2/16 the store was still drive through only; this isn't a hindrance, just don't bother getting out of your car unless you see the store is open.
The bagels at New York Bagel Co are fantastic, but I’m puzzled by the decision to close the lobby. Don’t you consider that customers might want to avoid crowds elsewhere? Fortunately, the drive-thru line moves quickly, and since I only visit once a month, it’s manageable. The menu offers great options, making it worth the occasional wait.
I used to love this place, but this Sunday morning I went for a bagel and they only had three types left. Last weekend, they were out of garlic and herb cream cheese. The inside is still closed—when will they get things together? I’m sure they’re still doing good business, but why keep a store open if customers aren’t allowed inside? Réservez une table maintenant
I agree with other reviews that the bagels are excellent. However, the staff are very rude and impatient, showing a complete lack of manners and respect. Unfortunately, the behavior of the employees makes this place not worth visiting anymore.
I really love their bagels. They're crispy on the outside and delightfully soft and chewy on the inside. The cream cheeses are extremely delicious, and there's a great selection of flavors available.
Apparently sold out of bagels this morning. Almost 2 hours before closing time…. Can’t speak to the Dartmouth location, but Covid seems to have to hit this one hard.

These prices are crazy! Regular size sandwich, not much meat and the only thing you get with it is a pickle? Won't be back!
