New York Bagel Co - Réservation de table

I had a really unpleasant experience with a worker at the window. When I arrived, she asked if the bagel was mine, and I hesitantly said yes, feeling a bit confused. Then she inquired if I had ordered anything else, to which I replied that I had ordered an orange juice. She responded quite abruptly, saying she didn't know, which is why she was asking me. I reiterated that she didn’t know, and she just confirmed that was correct—her tone was unfriendly. After taking my cash and handing me my change, she shut the window and started speaking negatively about me. It definitely put a damper on my morning.

I was not pleased with the customer service this morning (Friday) at the Fall River location. When I ordered and reached the window, the price didn’t seem right. I asked the girl about it, but she responded rudely, telling me that she didn’t need my attitude. All I did was ask a question because the price for what I ordered was incorrect. She charged my card before taking a moment to verify, and then had to give me the difference back in cash. A little kindness goes a long way, just saying.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant and visited frequently. However, I've noticed that the staff has become incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers recently (in 2023). Each employee seems to have their own set of rules, which leads to inconsistencies in service quality and pricing. Unfortunately, after a decade of being a loyal customer, I won't be returning again.

Used to love this place but today on sunday morning went for a bagel and they only have 3 kinds of bagels left, last weekend they were out of garlic n herb cream cheese, inside is still closed, when is this place going to get its act together? Im sure they still do great business but why have a store if you dont want to allow customers inside Réservez une table maintenant

The staff was incredibly rude. I made fun of my wife's job and made disrespectful comments to my son in the back seat. It's disappointing that they chose her as Employee of the Month. I suggest finding a different place for your business.

Agreeing with what others have said, the bagels are great. The employees are extremely rude and impatient. Absolutely no manners and lack of respect. The people that represent this establishment make it not worth going to anymore.

I truly enjoy their bagels. They are crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft and chewy on the inside. The cream cheeses are incredibly tasty, and there’s a wide variety of flavors to choose from.

Bagels are amazing, but don't understand the closing of the lobby. Do you not go anywhere else and get exposed to people? Luckily the drive up line moved rather swiftly and I only go once a month. Réservez une table maintenant

The best bagels and more in town! My only suggestion is that while the indoor dining is closed, the sign by the door should indicate that it's drive-thru only.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is incredibly tasty. I highly recommend that you stop by for a quick bite—you won't be disappointed!
