I frequented this restaurant in 1999 and 2003/2004 and always devoured at least 2 hotdogs and got a bagel to go every time. I have not visited for a long long time and was overjoyed when I happened to be in Aylesbury and thought to pop into the Mall to see if they were still there. I was overjoyed to see not only where they still in business they had upped their game big time! I and my family had a hotdogs each with fries and milkshakes and we devoured every bit of it! Although it's a 2 hour drive from Derby we will be back again in the next several weeks! The staff were so friendly and welcoming I am made up after such a fantastic experience thankyou!!!

This restaurant would not look out of place in a chic part of town and so it was a surprise that it is placed in a fairly average shopping mall. I had the vegetarian breakfast and it was of good quality and at a decent price. There were many other options for vegetarians/vegans. Slightly disconcerting was the 3 4 times asked what I had ordered by the waitress this added an element of suspense as to what would actually arrive at my table.

I have been feeling unwell and living alone. After a week, I finally decided to order food through Uber Eats, only to have the deli cancel my order?! I haven't even visited the restaurant in person, but I can already say that the service is terrible. If you have minimum order requirements, please make sure to mention this. Thanks for not helping out a sick girl?!

Food was good but it was so cold in the cafe which didn’t make the experience very pleasant. Raised this with a member of staff and they replied saying it’s because of the car park and them keeping the doors open? Think this needs be addressed as ended up wear gloves towards the end of our meal!

Some of the food was nice and hot, others were cold. Disappointed to see they advertise a free drink with breakfast items, only to tell you at the till that the free drink offer ends at 10:30 this isn’t advertised anywhere. Lovely coffees and lots of space.

I had the Breakfast Bagel, it was fine except the egg was like rubber, been under heat lamps i couldnt even get a fork or knife in it could have done with a little more bits inside portion a bit on the small side. On a plus note, the pot of tea was good!

We took our two toddlers for brunch on a Saturday and both the food and service was excellent. The children shared a waffle and we had the NY breakfast, which was hot, plentiful and delicious. Sit upstairs for lots of space!

I've ordered several takeaways from here, but managed to visit for a mid-afternoon snack. The food is amazing and we were made to feel welcome by the staff. The Reuben, pastrami melt and the milkshakes are fantastic.

The worst experience working for this cafe as a Back of House staff. I did not get paid for my hours, it was a waste of time. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
