My fries were WET. Soaking wet. Literally looked like someone poured water over them. Waterfall of grease. The fries looked like they took a SHOWER. They went swimming up thorburn road at sunshine earlier. They stood in the pouring rain for hours. Did the ferry go under water while they were transporting them? ****. But the person who served me was a sweetheart, the staff are good, and the reno they did looks so good. But the fries were so sad this time.

Went in for lunch to go, asked for extra gravy on 2 of 3 poutines I ordered. I got less gravy than regular on all 3, so back at work now with lunch that I will not be eating. I really enjoy their fries. The service was great. I dined in, and the meal type was different from what I usually have. The price per person was between CA$1-10. Fries were great before the renovations. Since the renovations we've been back 3 times and fries are consistently soggy, undercooked, and not salted. Staff is always friendly. Don't think we'll be getting fries here anymore though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10
