I've been a loyal customer of NY NY Pizza in South Tampa for many years, and my experiences have always been fantastic. The pizza and garlic knots are exceptional, and the service is outstanding. Although I moved away and hadn't visited in a few years, I finally made it back tonight and ordered my favorite margarita pizza and garlic knots. They are just as amazing, delicious, and fresh as I remember! The staff is still the same—so nice and friendly! I absolutely love this place. I can’t recommend it highly enough; you will have a wonderful experience with both the food and the service. If I could, I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10 stars for their pizza!
They're human, they made a mistake on our order, but they made it right! The measure of a company is not if they make mistakes but how they handle mistakes when they happen. This place is top notch in my books and they'll be seeing us again. Good pizza. My fave was their white pizza, then the margherita. The pineapple and cheese were a tad too salty for my liking. Don't plan on dining-in, all the tables are outside. Prices were very reasonable, place was clean,staff were friendly. This place has great management!!
I've eaten a lot of pizza however this place is by far consistently the best pizza place in Tampa. From the undercarriage of the pizza to the crisp of the crust which is light and soft but hard and chewy at the same time, the cheese and the light tomato sauce compliments it so well omg 10/10 I rate this pizza joint 9.3 if you choose to reheat your pizza when you get home don't worry it taste equally the same which tells you how the ingredients are so homemade.
I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. The pizza was undoubtedly among the best I've ever tasted, easily deserving an S tier rating. The service was excellent—prompt and delivered by friendly, charismatic staff. Everything from the pricing to the atmosphere and the variety of the menu received top marks. I'll be reminiscing about that pizza for a long time to come.

Listen, if you're not getting the grandma pie (maybe with some sausage if you're a meat person) you're wrong. Whole hand crushed plum tomatoes, garlic, and plenty of basil. I always get it made well done so it's extra crisp. The owner is kind, they have a military discount and a reward program. One of my favorite pizzas in Tampa.
I am a delivery driver I do not like this place. They only put the order into work after you arrive. You end up waiting at least 15 minutes. This is wrong because they steal your time and money. At the exact same pizza place in Wesley Chapel, the pizza is always ready when you arrive.
The pizza here was absolutely disappointing. It used to be one of the best in South Tampa, but now the crust lacked flavor, the toppings were stale, and there was barely any sauce or cheese. I'd recommend avoiding this place until they can improve their pizzas!
Pizza was good but not great. Cannolis were good but not powdered sugar they were out of chocolate sauce.

They didn't put my pizza slices in the oven for long enough. It was warm at best. Pizza tasted mediocre.
