Just a heads up… everyone knows that a Margherita pizza typically includes red sauce. After picking up my pizza and realizing there was no red sauce, I went back inside to address the issue. I was informed that their Margherita pizza doesn't come with red sauce, but that should definitely be mentioned on their menu. The woman I spoke with was quite confrontational and made no effort to resolve the situation. The customer service was rude, and the pizza itself was disappointing. Additionally, the first image on their website showcased a Margherita pizza with red sauce. When I pointed this out, she argued with me. Now, if you check their reviews, you'll notice that she has removed that photo....
NY NY pizza is awesome. I order take out all the time and I must say they never let me down.The pizza itself is delicious, with a crispy,crunchy crust. I order the Supreme XL 18 alot(see picture below)$20.I also get a pepperoni pizza sometimes.They have gluten free options as well.I have had the Greek salad(Again great). NY NY pizza has meatballs(my favorite) as a side or dinner option. They have special on pizza slices and a drink, plus different choices of pizza and Buffalo wings.They are on time with the order. I ordered a white pizza for my birthday after seeing some great reviews, but it was a disappointment. The crust was burnt and slightly blackened, and the mozzarella cheese was sparse, dried out, and lacked the plump, gooey texture you expect; it tasted like it was days old. There was no garlic, which is essential for a good white pizza! The ricotta cheese was decent, but it was surrounded by hard, dried-out cheese that should have been creamy and buttery with a garlic flavor. This was at 8 p.m. on a Friday night, and with no one dining in, how did they serve such a burnt pizza? I could only manage to eat one slice, and I’ll be returning tomorrow to get my $20 back.
I only order pizza from your restaurant, but I was really let down by the cannoli. For $6.00, I expected it to be filled with ricotta cheese, but there was only about a teaspoon of cheese at each end. That's quite disappointing. As for the garlic knots, they were not actually knots at all; they were just bread rolls with some olive oil and cheese on top. Not impressed. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.

I typically order a large pizza, and what used to be a regular cheese pizza now requires me to order double cheese just to make it satisfying. The sauce has become nearly nonexistent as well. It's disheartening to now pay $22 for a large pizza that no longer meets expectations. Management, please take note; it’s not too late to return to the quality that NY Pizza was once known for.
I ordered the pizza, wings, and knots special for $21.99, but was charged $32 instead. They also forgot which pizza I had ordered, which can happen, I understand that. When we mentioned that we would be dining in, they brought everything over in to-go boxes and said to have a good night. It felt like they were hinting that we weren't welcome after that. I had an amazing experience with the Supreme and Four Cheese pizzas! The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the crust was reminiscent of true New York-style—crispy with just the right amount of flop. Definitely a 5-star dish! I also sampled the cheese fries; they had a generous amount of cheese, but while they were seasoned well, they weren't crispy. I’d rate them 3 stars.
As the saying goes, pizza is always enjoyable, even when it's not the best. However, this place is a hidden gem that serves excellent pizza. The large New York-style slices and whole pies are both delicious and fairly priced. It's definitely a significant improvement over the major chains. Food: 5/5.
