I tried the pizza and it was decent, but the real issue is the extremely slow delivery time and the incorrect order received. Even though I specifically requested a half cheese and half pepperoni and mushroom pizza, I was given a full topping pizza instead. This was frustrating for myself and others who could no longer enjoy the food. Furthermore, providing a "need help" number on the order confirmation email was pointless as my concerns were completely ignored.
Look. The pizzas ok. The problem comes in when you take an hour to deliver a pizza 2 blocks away from your restaurant and still get it wrong. Why have a half topping option if you completely ignore it. I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni andmushroom. I received a full topping pizza and people who no longer have the option to eat the food. In addition. Don't email a need help number with the order confirmation if it gets completely ignored.
I had a poor experience with customer service over the phone. They rushed my order, but it seems like they consistently get the details wrong. I ordered a King Kong pizza and ended up with an XL pizza instead. These simple mistakes have happened before, so it's not my first encounter with this issue.
As an Afghan, I would say that these people do not know how to make pizza. They may attract many customers, but their pizza is often overcooked and very unpleasant. I even found a hair in my pizza. I would recommend avoiding this place. Réservez une table maintenant
Poor customer service over the phone, they try to be fast taking orders but can't seem to ever take the orders correctly, ordered a king Kong pizza just to get an xl pizza, simple mistake but not the first time
