"I have been taking a family member in a few times as they recover from illness. When we were paying for items at the till, the staff greeted a lady who came in and spoke to her respectfully even smiling. When they turned to my family member, although they are a regular customer, there were no kind words or a smile. I was not happy to see a family member treated with indifference. There seems to be a lack of good customer service in a rothbury. Treat your customers well and they will happily return."
