We recently moved to the area and we've been looking forward to dine at the Columbia as it's been recommended to us. We made our first trip there for valentines day with reservations. The food was delicious. I've been trying cubanos across the state and the one made here has been my favorite so far. We also ordered some chicken dishes, salads, and deserts, and they were all delicious. I'm definitely coming back to order the pollo manchego again. Our server was great. He was beyond friendly and made dining there a great experience. I thought the service would be better. The hostess wasn’t very friendly and didn’t even take us all the way to our table. She just pointed to the table from the room door and didn’t even gave us a menu. However, our server Diego was great! He was friendly and attentive. The food was Delicious. They serve good portions. The 1905 salad was AMAZING. Def worth the hype. If you have space for dessert I recommend getting the churros. It is served with 3 sauces to die for.

My husband and I, ate at this restaurant last night for our 10th wedding anniversary which was Valentine's day. The food was delicious, the ribeye steak was better than longhorn. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
