Starting with the chips and guacamole—both homemade. The chips arrived warm on a heated plate, and the guacamole was topped with queso fresco. Absolutely perfect in my opinion. I chose the quesabirria and am so glad I did—amazing tacos and consomé, the best I've ever tasted. My husband went with the chimichanga filled with birria meat, and it was just as outstanding.
