If you only have one hour for lunch, my recommendation is to avoid this place. The restaurant is so tiny (you will most likely sit outside on the pavement, next to traffic), its operating capacity, with only 2 lukewarm waiters, stands perhaps at about 10-15 customers. As a consequence, you will end up waiting for your table and then your food for AT LEAST half an hour (and likely longer).In terms of food quality, we (being Vietnamese) definitely think this place is overrated, being one of the few Vietnamese places in town. If you are desperately craving for Vietnamese pho, it might be an OK place (a 3/5). But if you are a tourist going there just because of their high rating, it is a high chance that you will be disappointed.

Ne pas se fier à la devanture de ce restaurant, les plats sont authentiques et délicieux, service très agréable et très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande !

Très bon restaurant vietnamien, produits frais de qualité, cuisine simple mais vraiment délicieuse, à faire!
