Nick and Nino's Penthouse Steakhouse

My wife’s filet was over cooked it was ordered medium rare it came medium well, so the waitress took it back it took 15 min to get another one except when it was brought out it was very rare so rare it was chewy. They did take it off the bill and offered dessert when the chocolate cake was brought out it was hard and stale, it must have been left over from the holidays. The sauce swoosh on the plate was so hard you could not scrape it with a fork. The waitress was very good though and apologized, but the manager never came

I have been a resident of Springfield since the 1960's if that tells you anything. The Saint Nicholas Hotel, The Mill, Norb Andy's, The Old Luxenburg, The Lake Club, etc. A lot has changed, Top of the Nick was awesome and Nick and Nino's has kept up the same excellence. We try to do all our celebrating there. The city view is awesome, especially after their relocation on the other side. You Have to Go. Obviously I appreciate Fine Food!!

Can't wait to go back. Definately asking for Rick R again. Best waiter I've EVER had in any restaurant and totally added to the experience!

we love the ambiente and the great service that we always get at nick and nino. eating is always professionally prepared and tasteful.
