Went out with my family, I ordered a jumbo smoked meat. It came with the two slices of bread crosswise and cut in half. I tried to pick up the sandwich but none of the meat would stay on since half the sandwich was uncovered and the piece of bread on the bottom was so much smaller than the top one. The waitress offered to bring it back so they could remake it and the kitchen refused saying that 's how they make it . I asked for a slice of bread so I could fix it myself and the kitchen sent over the most stale and deformed piece of bread they could find. You 'd think spending over $100 before tax on a meal for a family would at least get you a slice of bread, but apparently not here.I don 't...
They gave my sons their food .He took a bit, and they (other server) came and took it a way to give it to other table. With not even going back to the kitchen, just take fork out of the Mac and cheese and give it to girl at other table. My wife and I was surprised and didn't have time to say he ate some of the Mac and cheese and tried to tell the other table about it. They said service was very poor as they waited 45min. So one kid out of 3 needed to wait 20 min to have a other plate to come .It's not a good idea.
