Always loved coming here to buy candy and the home-made Italian hoagies.I would come here as soon as school let out which was convenient since the school is right next door.Ive moved away but still make it my mission to stop when I'm in Scranton. I will always cherish the memories and conversations I've had with Nicky and my old lunch lady who worked there ?
Wow I usually don't write reviews but this was pretty bad. 9.50 for a roast beef sub, skinny and practically no meat on it. Asked for sweet peppers there was one lonely strip. It tasted like *nothing*. The Italian was not any better. What a waste of . I do not recommend.
The food is great. But the lady at the front counter is extremely rude bothered by anyone that isn’t getting a premade hoagie. Second time that I have been there she was rude. I don’t think I will be getting lunch from there again.
The hoagies are absolutely amazing ! Could’t get better anywhere else for the price and even if it cost more- they are still the best. Their bread is out of this world Réservez une table maintenant

Been going here for hoagies since I moved to Scranton 20 years ago now. Great prices and it's great to support family owned establishments.
I Absolutely love Nickie. I grow up going to this store. It brings back good memories. And his hoagies are to die for.
