Last night was our first and last time ordering anything from Nicks. The gentelman who answered the phone was very nice and the only decent part of the experience. He told us it would take a little over an hour for our very simple order, I agreed becauseit was a Friday night. I called an hour and 15 minutes later to check on our meal. I was told the driver was on his way andwould be no more than 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no food! I called back and he said they had lost track of thedriver. There is a man standing out back and I politely asked him for directions to a building for an interview I had. The man was completed rude and disrespectful. Do NOT eat here. The man was clearly one of the cooks because he wore an apron. He was on hiscellphone when I approached him. He looked directly at me and spit towards my girlfriend and I for no apparent reason. My favourite item to order is beef cheese steak with sharp provolon, roasted onions and roasted long shots and it is always, without a doubt, hands-down the best!!! SLOPPY, LUNATIC MANAGEMENT. Rude, self-centered, unorganized mess. Beware of seriously negative treatment. Anybody who calls themselves a manager needs to learn proper people skills if you 're going to have good relations with customers and employees.Dirty shop practices are a disgrace. The public has no idea how their food is made and that is exactly why this pizza shopyields zero caution for clean and proper food preparation. Disgusting. I tried the Ricotta white pizza, while I opted for the classic pepperoni pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to sample more of their pizza. This has become my new favorite pizza spot! The cheesesteaks were decent, but I found the buffalo chicken cheesesteak to be more flavorful, even though I've had better elsewhere. For now, I think I'll stick with the pizza!
I tried the white pizza with ricotta, while I enjoyed the classic pepperoni pizza. It was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to sample more flavors; this has quickly become my new favorite pizza place! I've been dining at this restaurant for over three years, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is excellent, and the staff are always friendly. Since the new ownership took over, the place has only improved. I would give it more stars if I could. The combination of fantastic food and outstanding service makes this a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The food is excellent. I didn't even have a bad experience in this restaurant. I wish I could give 10 stars. Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Don't let the bad reviews you don't deter. Most negative reviews come from the new owners who are clearly proud of their craft. I recommend her chicken cheese steaks.
