Nicoco Hawaiian Gelato

The wafer cones should be ordered fresh and crispy. The gelato is absolutely delicious! They offer a unique selection of rotating flavors. We returned after two days, and I was excited to find new flavors available on the second day. I’m not used to seeing so many vegan options at an ice cream shop, which was a delightful surprise! The flavors are rich, and the texture is incredibly creamy. The staff is super friendly too.

We tried their coconut based gelato twice, once at Uncle Robert's Night Market in Kaimu (only on Wednesday nights 5 10 pm and once at Conscious Collective in Hilo. At the night market they were hand making waffle cones to order which was delicious and awesome! Unfortunately they come out warm so things melted very quickly : . The taste was mostly coconut to us not very strongly flavored. But tasty nonetheless.

I've been savoring their gelato for years and I'm thrilled they now have a storefront. They offer a variety of innovative flavors that you won’t easily find elsewhere, like rose petal pistachio. The flavors rotate frequently, and I haven't encountered one I didn’t enjoy. Their vegan ice cream is on par with the best I've tried in NYC and London. Plus, the owners are dedicated vegans and truly wonderful people.

I had some of the best gelato and vinegar cream I've ever tasted here. The grain milk was incredible too. It's definitely worth stopping by for a drink!

Omg soooo super. Waffles made in place with the best ice flavors! We had muesli mylk and chocolate marshmallow.
