Niesenberg - Réserver une table

Dinner at Niesenberg was the highlight of our short trip to Switzerland.The owner of the B&B we stayed at recommended this restaurant to us and without any expectations, we thought we’d give it a try. What a fantastic surprise it was: first of all the building itself is beautiful, traditional, cosy and very romantic. Service from our Dutch waiter was excellent and as professional as you’d find in a 5-star hotel. He recommended a fantastic Portuguese red wine which we’ll certainly try and get a hold of for our cellar at home. Then, the food, which was truly exquisite. Simply a top address if you want to celebrate something. We have been coming here 2 to 3 times a year for several years. I'm an absolute fan of the fillet on the stone. This is simply sensational. But the Niesenberg has also been impressing with its creative and original vegetarian offerings for some time now. This is worth its weight in gold these days because most rural restaurants have not yet recognized the trend of the times. Not so in Niesenberg. So hats off and please keep it up. Very good restaurant and above all very beautiful! An establishment which has a history of experience and what I also liked, the service of the person who spoke a little French, very friendly. The dress of the period is very pleasant.
