This is a great sushi place. The first yelp review by Laurie d. Says it all. Amazing value. All you can eat or a la Carte. The place is kind of hidden, and it shares the ground floor with a dodgy hotel so you might be hesitant to go in. But don 't be. Once inside, you won 't regret it. Among the extensive menu, The deep fried California Roll was an outstanding surprise. It was the slightest bit spicy, but the rest of the flavor made it so good. All the sushi was fresh and they had a huge selection of delicious Japanese. Even Japanese lesser known items like sunomono which is cold vinegared noodles with vegetables or shrimp. My 10 yo daughter called it the best sushi ever. End of discussion....
Seriously need to try it, the portions are exactly how they describe. The price is 16.95 for the dinner, and so worth it. The waitress was one of the best I have had. Now for the actual quality of the food, its damn amazing. The fish was so fresh, and it was authentic. Cant go wrong coming here. Doesnt look like much from the outside, but my gosh it is something great on the inside.
What part of our order we actually got was great ,however we only got half and was still charged full price. I asked to get the rest of the order and ended up waiting 40 min. We still didn’t get our order. The waitress was one of the worst trained I have ever encountered . I will never go back again . Poor service.
Had the all you can eat lunch and it was fresh. Miso soup was like warm and the cabbage in the teriyaki wasn’t hot. Rolls stayed together well. Waitress was friendly and quick. Kept tables cleared quickly and clean. Good quality for the price.
