Nikko Sushi - Réservation de table

This is a late review, but I visited Nikko Sushi when it had just opened. From the recent feedback, it seems things may have improved. The restaurant is quite small, and during my visit, there were only two other tables occupied, so it wasn't busy. However, we waited a while before the staff came to take our drink order, and service overall was slow. Our food took nearly an hour to arrive, and it was served as it was prepared rather than all at once. We didn't quite understand the delay. One issue was that they cooked the eel dish on a camping stove, which filled the restaurant with smoke. They did switch on the fan and open the door for ventilation. My partner and I have been frequenting Nikko Sushi for several months now, and it has quickly become our favorite spot for dining out. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented, clearly made with a lot of attention to detail.
