Niko Niko Sushi - Réservation de table

Unfortunately today Niko Niko did not provide their best customer service. I have been providing this establishment business for years and am a local for many years. I entered and asked to be seated for a party of 2. There was a bar open I let them know I am claustrophobic and if possible to have me seated at a table. There was a table attached just in case there was a party of 3 or more. I kindly asked the waitress if possible to detach table for 2. She did not even wait for my sentence to finish and ignorantly refused me a table. When I requested the manager, the waitress came stood next to her and spoke over her and said we don't give that table to anyone unless it's a party of 3 or more....

Place could have been good but from the moment we walked in we were a burden to them which was very apparent. Wanted to add oysters to our order, that we had just put in.. no less than 2 minutes prior. They said oh no, kitchen is closed. Although it would have almost doubled the cost of the entire meal.. they refused. It's a small place and yep there's 3 servers working on top of each other, yet somehow can't get a drink added to the meal. God forbid you ask for dessert !

EXCEPTIONAL for a strip mall. For sushi lovers or foodies this actually IS good sushi. Soft supple rolls. So tasty you almost don’t need sauces a sign of quality ingredients. Look at the amount of eel on this; a sigh this place respects good food done well, and respects and cares about their customers. I drive across town from Toluca Lake for this.

Zack and Chris are super awesome and helpful they are always so kind when we go order and we’ve been coming here for a while , aside from the great food the customer service from Zach and Chris is always outstanding ! Always leave satisfied and happy which is the reason I’ve been coming back for years . 10/10 THANK YOU ZACH . Réservez une table maintenant

Not terrible but definitely not 4 5 stars. Sushi is a little artificial like the tuna is not natural in its color and overall taste is not authentic. Service is somewhat inattentive but the servers are busy tending to lots of customers. Place is cramped.

Been coming here for years! Best sushi all around... Service and prices are not comparable. I 'll take this over any high end sushi spot in LA. Can 't beat this spot, the staff is also top notch and super friendly!

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, some of the best I've ever tasted. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable.
