We frequently visit Nik's Raritan Pub and have always had a great experience. Dan, the bartender, is exceptional—he's incredibly knowledgeable and has guided my husband perfectly with his selection of craft beers. The food is excellent; some of our favorites are the Gyro and the Gyro Plate. They also serve huge burgers, delicious wings, and fantastic fried pickles. I can't forget to mention that they have the best French onion soup I've ever tasted! The entire staff at Nik's is friendly and courteous, making you feel right at home from your very first visit. I highly recommend this place!
I've come across a lot of varying reviews and decided to check it out for myself. Niks was fantastic! The staff is warm, welcoming, and fun. The chicken parmesan is incredible. The place is always clean, and the drinks are great—there's something to suit everyone's taste. The bartenders are even willing to create custom mixes if they have the ingredients. The best part is that they're planning to have more live music and introduce karaoke soon. I'm really hoping they do something special for Christmas! That would be wonderful.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I received a draft beer, and after a few sips, I noticed a goldfish cracker floating on top. The only explanation for this is that they served me beer in a dirty glass that had an old goldfish stuck to the bottom. I've never encountered such carelessness before. If this is how they handle drinks, I can only imagine how they prepare food. Avoid eating or drinking here at all costs!
The service at Nik's Pub was very poor, and the food was just mediocre, with some dishes undercooked. We waited a long time to be served, and our meals arrived at different intervals. The only dish that tasted fresh was the chicken tenders. Our group of six was entirely dissatisfied with the visit. I don’t often give one-star ratings and am typically easy to please, but this experience was quite disappointing.

This place boasts one of the best beer selections in the area. The bar and seating space are spacious and inviting. They serve generous 16-ounce pours for nearly everything. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food is great, all within a lively and dynamic atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!
I always have a fantastic meal at Nik's Pub. This local spot doesn’t try to be fancy, which is actually part of its charm. The menu offers great wings and beer, making it the perfect place to unwind any night of the week.
My 16-year-old mentioned that the atomic wings were the best he's ever had. I tried the empanadas, and they were excellent. They also have a fantastic selection of beers. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Raritan.
The service was outstanding, and the bartender, Shawn, was incredibly friendly and truly one of the best. The food was fantastic as well!
