My husband ordered the stuffed shells, and after trying a bite, I immediately felt a twinge of jealousy. I always make the mistake of ordering a salad, even though it was delicious in its own right; I should have gone for the pasta instead. Not wanting to miss out completely, I opted for dessert. Our waitress, Kate, was hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. She was incredibly attentive—so much so that we didn’t have to ask for anything. The food was quite disappointing. We ordered the chicken piccata, which was overly saucy, and the chicken and broccoli Alfredo tasted like nothing but cream. The Bianco pizza was also underwhelming. Unfortunately, we all ended up feeling unwell afterwards. Additionally, they impose a 4% surcharge for credit card payments, which seems unnecessary; perhaps they should consider being cash only instead. This restaurant could definitely benefit from the expertise of Gordon Ramsay—it's reminiscent of an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Service: Dine-in.

Very unimpressed with my meal tonight. Spent $26 on chicken picatta only to get a tiny wilted salad along with my food that had a hair in it. Oh, and if you want a side of the oil that comes along with the bread (free of charge when dining in) you'll have to pay $2 to have it packed for take out. This used to be one of my go to Italian places and after the last few times being less than decent I’m not sure I’ll be back here anymore. Bummer! Service: Take out

If I could give Nini's 10 stars, I absolutely would! This has been my favorite Italian restaurant for many years. Even though I now live out of state, I make sure to visit every time I'm in Easthampton. The atmosphere is incredibly warm, and the staff treats you like family. The food is outstanding, made from scratch, including the desserts. I'll definitely be back soon with my family. Keep up the fantastic work! Food: 5 Réservez une table maintenant

my chicken piccata didn't taste right. took 2 bites and sent it right back and they didn't take it off the bill. server was just stand off ish was my first and last time here i won't be coming back. i work at a restaurant too and i'm not impressed. I grew up going to Nini’s so I will always love it here! I went here a few weeks ago and I had the best time, the food was great as always! It was my first time at Nini's in nearly 25 years, and I wasn't disappointed. The place is a bit more upscale than I remember, but I have no complaints at all.
