This place is amazing ! I’ve dined in and them ordered to go and both times the food was delicious! My niece is vegan and I am gluten and dairy free due to allergies and they had so many delicious options ! My sister and mom both eat meat and they had amazing choices for everyone. We ordered and I would recommend the following dishes : appetizers Masala Dosa, uttapam, kale pakora. The vegan Bagara Baingan is the stuff that dreams are made of my niece said she would take a straw and drink the sauce straight and I agree !!! This was our first time coming here. We saw a NYTimes Foodie review from 2015 for this place. The place still lives up to this stellar review 8 years later. It is so delicious; unbelievably good! Service was on point. There was a good crowd but not too noisy. Food came out in a timely manner. The prices were extremely reasonable. I got lamb korma and my husband got lamb saab based on the waiters suggestion. They even obliged in taking a picture for us; going all instagram style! Lol We will definitely come back again! Vegetarians should not bother with this place. Tried 3 different vegetable dishes and all were tasteless...no salt, no masala taste. It was weird to eat something that looked delicious but had no flavor! I am assuming their non-vegetarian items are great because there was a constant flow of people coming in to eat or picking up food, so if you are a meat eater give it a go! Ordered chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo. Both dishes were not great. Tikka masala was incredibly sweet and the vindaloo was so vinegary that I thought my esophagus would melt.
