I have used this takeaway for 15 years or more,I also used to work in Indian takeaways for approx 12 years so have a good understanding of what goes into what dish and how they should taste, I also no good Indian food and this place is normally spot on Normally the hottest I would have is a jal Jul or madras,however lately my taste buds have changed and I don’t think I could have madras hot as anything with chilli in has to be a small amount otherwise my nose and eyes stream like a tap.
