Nissi Vegan Mexican Cuisine

I've had the opportunity to try Nissi VegMex twice this week because of their soft opening! Grand opening is tomorrow 4/30! The first time I visited, I had the taco plate with pastor and carne asada. It was really delicious and was accompanied with riceand beans. Although the tacos were really flavorful, the provided salsa is the punch the tacos need. There are three salsas,red, orange, and green. I really liked all three, but the spiciness of the orange was my favorite! ???? it's almost like thatyellow bird habenero salsa. These may be the finest tacos (full stop) that I?ve ever had. Long time vegans with marvel at the gorgeous flavors and texture, while you omnis will just think it?s an obnoxiously good taco. Either way, go there and eat everything you can. Plus, the staff are dang sweethearts! Pictured: Carne Asada and Al Pastor taco plate.

Hands down our new fave place in Austin. Their food is so flavorful and fresh. Today was our second time visiting and both times were amazing. So far we?ve tried the carne asada burrito and the flautas. PS: If you like spicy, ask for their habanero salsa. It?s the best! ?? We totally recommend!! Réservez une table maintenant

A plant-based Mexican food truck is truly a dream come true! Nissi's tacos and nachos were absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous! The food and service are exceptional! Plus, the artwork surrounding the food truck is definitely worth a visit.

Delicious tacos de pastor! I'm not from Austin but had to try some vegan tacos! So delicious, I'd want to come back soon! The staff was very friendly and the space super clean and welcoming!

Both the birria tacos and flautas were incredible! As a vegetarian, I appreciated having a variety of options to enjoy these fantastic dishes. I will definitely be returning!
