Cool cocktails, cool beers, nice service, well located, beautiful place. I 'm not a night-life person, and I tend to feel uncomfortable in such bars; but here I felt quite comfortable. I would definetely come back again. To give a five stars I would propose to have some more cocktails in the menu (there are many different drinks, but not actually many combined options).

So, in the city for pleasure and was hunting for delicious drinks and good music. Low and see Bar 13... went in and felt like family. The barkeep was welcoming and made delicious drinks. Thanks to Switzerland and thanks Bar No 13 for a great afternoon. See you soon.
