Placed an online order to save time as I was rushing to head to work. Arrived and discovered my order wasn 't there for pickup. Its been at least 30 minutes. Spoke with some older lady who I assume is the manager and her initial response was I am in the middle of something . Great first response! 5 minutes or so elapses. She then looks up my order and tells me well we made it . Okay then. Maybe you should improve your process. Hadn't been here for a very long time due to poor service in the past. Recently had a craving for a bagel and decided to give them another try. Two visits were good. I got exactly what what I wanted: an open-faced bagel, toasted, with cream cheese, avocado, and everything seasoning. Went in for a third time and was told they can't put everything seasoning on my bagel...?! The rude GIRL (yes, she was a child) didn't even bother to ask a manager of it was an option. I hadn’t been to Noah’s Bagels in a long time, but it’s always been my favorite. I was happy to see they’re still open, so I came back today and placed my order. The pickup was on time, and the food was well prepared. The only issue was that they forgot to include the cinnamon roll I ordered, which was quite disappointing. I tried calling them, but no one answered the phone, which wasn’t great.
Noah?s is conveniently located off HWY 80 East or West at the Appian Way exit in Pinole, CA. I usually get their toasted, smoked salmon on the multi-grain bagel some mornings for a quick bite that hits the spot for early mornings. As always, the service was excellent and the food was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the farmhouse double egg; it's the best I've had so far. I often take my husband along so he can try something different, and I can sample it too. Everything we've tried has been good, but the farmhouse double egg truly stands out as the best.

There were nine people working when I went in but only one person taking orders. The poor girl kept apologizing customer saying she was new. Why didn't someone else help take orders when the line was to the door
One male employee with long hair and tattoos, said ?shut the f@ up? to his female coworkers. This was within ear shot of my six year old daughter. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.

When I had covid this was my go to, but the last 2 orders they burnt me for the chocolate chip cookie... The Breakfast bagel is great, but why burn me for the chocolate chip cookie?
The slowest and the rudest person should not be allowed to take orders in the line. The one doing this claims to own the place and says she owns the place.
