We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant earlier this morning. We ordered a dozen bagels for about $16, and while placing our order, we forgot to request that they be toasted. When we received our order, we asked the staff member if she could toast the bagels for us. To our shock, she rudely informed us that it would cost an additional $25 to toast them, which made no sense at all. Throughout our visit, the woman was unpleasant to everyone, including other customers and her own colleagues. I won't be returning to this unfriendly and disorganized establishment. I waited nearly half an hour for a simple plain bagel, only to receive the wrong one. When I inquired about it, they claimed it was ready but it was, in fact, not what I ordered. The staff prepared it incorrectly again, as if it were my fault, and there was no apology given. This place seems to be getting worse each time I visit. I won't be recommending it to anyone I know.
The food is always outstanding, but I have to rate it one star because the staff at the Santa Rita Road location are quite rude. It feels like customers are expected to greet them and express gratitude for being there. They don’t say things like "hello," "welcome," or "thank you for coming in," and you won't get any friendly comments whatsoever. Just keep this in mind before you decide to visit.
I am giving three starts only because one of their worker is very rude. She has no manners and every time she messes up my order and when I told her about the wrong order she behaves in a very rude manner. The bagels are great but the experience of dealing with her makes it difficult to let go. I hope the owners read it and do something about thatLady.

The bagels were very chewy and not toasted at all, without any seasoning. There were no gluten-free options available. Additionally, the other bagel I ordered as a vegetarian option ended up containing a meat patty.
No gluten-free options available. I would have loved to try a lox bagel piled high with capers and cream cheese, but it has to be gluten-free! Other bagel places offer them! Embrace the uniqueness!
I received a complimentary bagel with cream cheese for downloading the app. I brought it home and added lox, cucumber, tomato, capers, and red onion myself.
The food is ok, but their employee are so unprofessional and unfriendly. One girl who worked on 3/26 morning is racist. I don't think I will be back again.

I've been visiting Noah's for 15 years. Despite the change in staff over the years, everyone is always very friendly, and the service is excellent.
