Very hit and miss location based on our experience. I am not sure that inconsistency will allow for long term success. We sat at 7 PM in a beautiful spot over looking the Thames. Had attentive service, food was timed well and both of us enjoyed our dishes and unique cocktails that I would highly recommend you try. Very big fans of the farm/sea to table approach and changing menu would love for them to be succesful. On the flip side, a couple sat down next to us within 5 minutes of us being seated and ordered at roughly the same time. When we left at 8:30 their entrees had yet to be served. The waitress was very friendly and the food and atmosphere were fantastic. What more could you ask for! I was surprised by how few people were there for lunch on a Sunday. They should think about offering brunch or lunch specials to attract more customers. My best friend and I shared truffle fries and ahi tuna tacos, which were delicious. I wish we had ordered more! The dishes were creative and I would highly recommend them. I am eager to try dinner here. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends.
Last night, we dined at Noble and the food was amazing! The menu offers a selection of beautifully prepared and delicious dishes. I have never had edamame or brussel sprouts that tasted so good. I heard great things about the monkfish and can personally vouch for the lamb. It is wonderful to have such fantastic cuisine in New London. While there are water views, it was a bit chilly so be sure to bring a sweater (but it's definitely worth it).
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I absolutely adore the Ahi Nachos and the atmosphere of the restaurant. This place is truly a hidden gem. I will definitely be back for those 50¢ wings during happy hour; they are hands down the best wings in town.

WE were told this was farm to table and food is made to order. It was an accessible amount of time for the entrees, ran out of only vegetarian option, portions were very small for price. View was good, train went by, but would not return based on quality and price of food.
Noble is a wonderful addition to New London. Fabulous fish dishes, great and inventive cocktails, nice wine selections, inviting ambiance. We had reservations and sat outside on the balcony. Terrific! Our waitress was great.
Food was very greasy and not up to par for the price with other restaurants. Need to improve on food preparation and quality to keep customers coming. Ambience and water view was outstanding.
It was great to sit outside and watch the parade of trains and ferries. the food was delicious and creative. Kudos to the chef!
