The lentil soup had a certain consistency, but let’s just say that’s a matter of personal preference. Unfortunately, this version was quite watered down and filled with fillers, primarily potatoes, which seemed to be there just to bulk up the soup. They use these same potatoes in their empanadas. It begs the question: why is it even called lentil soup? It felt like they used a one-pound bag of lentils alongside a 20-pound bag of potatoes and a whopping ten gallons of water. I visited this restaurant for breakfast with my mother, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. From the moment we sat down, the waitress seemed to rush us into ordering. When our food finally arrived, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but instead I received an overwhelming amount of egg and cheese with barely any bacon. My mom asked for a glass of water, but after waiting 10 minutes with no sign of it, she tried to get the waitstaff's attention. Unfortunately, they completely disregarded her, making her feel as if she were being unreasonable. Eventually, the waitress admitted she simply forgot to bring the water. Given this experience, I definitely won’t be returning.
