Horrible service. I wish I could give them zero stars! I placed an ordered at 7:45 and it said I’ll be receiving my order by 9:30. I waited until 9:50 and decided to call to find out where is my order. Just for them to say unfortunately they had too many orders and because of that they couldn’t deliver it yet but it will be leaving in that moment. I said to them at least they should have the courtesy to call the customer and let know it will be later than expected. Then when I asked for a refund they told me I couldn’t get it since the delivery guy was leaving in that moment. That’s not my fault that the restaurant is not able to track the orders and respect the time established for the deli...
Fun atmosphere, clean space, family oriented environment, quality customer service, and great food. Our waiter Andres was very kind and attentive. I got the fried Red Snapper, and it was delicious: crispy, not too oily and with just enough flavor. I loved it more with some lime I added. For drinks, we got the Sangria Maracuya pitcher. For someone who isn’t the biggest sangria drinker, I thought it was good. 10/10 would recommend and go again. I want to try more items on their menu
I bought from the bakery the cashier charge me $1 more, she didn't gave me the receipt. I count and she charged me $1 dollar extra. I asked her and she said it was for tax. I just laughed and I asked her for the receipt. When I saw the receipt it was 7cents for tax. She gave me the dollar and I gave her 25cents. She should be honest and not steal from customers. That is not good.
First time at this restaurant and the service was exceptional. Jesus was our server and he was excellent. I have years of experience in hospitality with having worked at Marriott Hotels and this place is truly excelling in its customer service. Jesus’ recommendations were excellent with both the entree and dessert options. Will definitely come back!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Service was wonderful! Come to your table and take your order in no time! Great kind staff who are always here to help you if you have any question. The food was astounding! It came out perfectly cooked and was ready to be eaten. I recommend coming tothis place for its amazing traditional Colombian food.
The food and atmosphere were excellent. They recently opened the second floor, and the decor is stunning. Our waiter, Mauricio, was incredibly attentive, which made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!
Reminds me of being in actual Colombia. The food and the service is excelente! The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience. They have amazing drinks too. Also lives performances. I highly recommend this place.
I had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was just okay—I couldn't finish it. However, the pineapple juice was tasty, though the glass size was quite small.

The generous portion of calamari and shrimp more than made up for the small amount of lettuce served. It was absolutely delicious!
