So the place is obviously gorgeous and I would have loved to just go there and enjoy the food.However when we got there the lady up front let us know that we needed reservations which we didn't have, fair we need to wait, she mentioned 20 minutes and asked for name and phone number, then she suddenly changed the waiting time to 45 minutes and I noticed she got my phone number wrong, so I corrected her on the number and just went outside for a walk, the more I thought about it the more I felt like I wasn't taking crazy pills and I was just not welcomed there, so I decided to just keep walking to another place, I DID NOT get called to come back, not after 20, nor 45 minutes. My boyfriend and I made reservations after seeing a TikTok and drove about an hour to get there; 100% worth it. They let us sit in the “confession booth” and all of the decor was great from the very front door all the way to the bathrooms lol. The food was amazing, 8 months later and he still talks about the Texas Flatbread Massacre. My favorite was the Phlebotomist Pizza Skulls. We ordered more drinks than usual because ofhow good they all looked and sounded. The waitress was very nice and had a great vibe. Overall, would highly recommend checking Noir out, it’ll be worth it!
My wife and I have been here a few times, and each time, service was outstanding, and our food and drinks were incredible. We love the decor, the music, and the staff's aesthetic. This place brings something this area is surely lacking in: goth aesthetic.I do want to apologize on our last visit, we racked up a $100+ bill, and meant to put the tip on my card, but it was never deducted by our bank. Don't know what happened, and my wife was mortified LOL. We're gonna have to remember to bring cash next time, to make up for the tip we meant to leave.
My only issue was my roll fell apart making it really hard to eat with making a mess of myself. But it was amazing, never had duck before.Parking: It's by the Steamtown Market place which has a parking garage, so you can always find parking there but unless you shop in a store before you leave to validate your ticket you'll have to pay. Let me further explain, that there's a time limit in the validation system.

Absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect spot for a night out. The food was incredible, the music was fantastic, and the ambiance was superb. It was the perfect way to start off the new year. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I am already looking forward to returning.
This was our first time here. I have to say this place is very unique. Very intimate vibe and atmosphere. The price point is spot on for their food selection. We got two flatbreads and two cocktails which came out to around 60 bucks. Very worth it though!We definitely will be back!!
I cannot recommend this location enough! The food is incredible and the staff is so accommodating. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance as they get very busy. The atmosphere is just perfect. The drinks and food have such creative presentation.
The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The menu features creative and delicious cocktails and inventive dishes. It's the perfect place to spend an evening.
