The chef at Nomad Asian Bistro takes great care in preparing everything from scratch, including noodles, wontons, and potstickers. The hand-pulled noodles were fresh and chewy, and the veggie dumplings were the best I've ever had. Surprisingly, I found them even better than my grandpa's dumplings. Although initially hesitant about the prices, I was impressed by the quality and flavor of the dishes.
Compared to the famous Din Tai Fung, Nomad's veggie dumplings were far superior in size and taste. My omnivore date also enjoyed his meal, which was generously portioned. Nomad is a small, unassuming establishment tucked behind the scenes, next to the old UA theater. I was a bit apprehensive going into this, as it seems a bit unkept with its unfinished floors, picnic-esque tables and wicker chairs. They were out of icewhen we visited, which seems strange, and so they couldn't offer certain drinks. But, to be fair, perhaps this was acircumstance that was recent. The service was lacking, although you could always flag a wandering person if you needed help. Once we placed our order we never saw our waitress again. Nomad Bistro is one of our top Asian restaurants. The food is cooked so well and there’s so many interesting choices. It’s Halal and vegetable plant- friendly. Our favorite is the handmade noodles that are do fresh and tasty. The sauce andvegetables are delicious. We always order an extra one to take home. We love the tangy hot and sour soup and the crispy springrolls as an appetizer. The crispy string beans are good too. We love the indoor cozy setting where you can look outside at thegreen grass and plants. The location in Long Beach is really nice. You can take a nice stroll on the paths after youeat. Had an Amazing dinner at Nomad Asian Bistro. This Chinese cuisine establishment is Halal and serves some of the best Chinese dishes I've ever tried! The portion sizes are big and the prices are reasonable. Food is fresh and well prepared. There houseginger beer is absolutely delicious! Staff are super friendly and helpful! Overall really great experience 10/10 wouldrecommend to anyone in the Long Beach area.

We absolutely LOVE Nomad Bistro. All the food is fantastic and the portions are HUGE. The Singapore noodles are one of my favorites and the food is just as good when delivered as it is when eating at the restaurant. Highly Recommend!
Eggrolls were home made! Generous portions of shrimp that was cooked perfectly. Food was hot and egg-rolls were crisp. I chose bring food directly to me- highly recommend-totally worth it
I ordered the kung pao tofu, green beans, and chow mein all made vegan at this restaurant. The servings were simple, but huge. My partner and I had enough leftovers for the next day!
The WonTon Won Ton Soup is fresh, flavorful and abs delicious. I loved both the Vegetable Spring Rolls and the Chicken Spring Rolls with hot mustard. Not greasy.

Consistently delicious. The wonton soup is outta this world. We also love the orange chicken, Mongolian beef, fried rice, green beans, and eggplant.
The food is always fresh and the portion sizes are large. The Kung Pao Tofu is the best I've ever had.
