Nonna Carola Ristorante And Bar

I am so glad that we ventured out of our local neighborhood of Stanford to visit Nonna Carola. What a beautiful space great energy and in times where I realize that hospitality is not great everywhere. This is certainly the exception. They were so accommodating they remembered that it was our anniversary. They made sure to give us a table that we requested because it was a special occasion, and every single waiter and server that was there was extremely attentive. The food and cocktails were amazing. I had the Barrata Ravioli, which I highly recommend we shared at the Caesar salad, and we shared the Caprese and they also gave us a complementary cocktail at the end and I have to say I enjoyed a lemon cello. We certainly will be back, and I highly recommend visiting.

Nonna Carola is the perfect restaurant. It is beautifully decorated yet not over done. Ad you enter, to your right, is a large modern bar that just screams that it is a good place to meet and greet. The restaurant is very large with two floors and outside dining that makes you feel like you are on vacation in Italy. The food is fantastic. It is flavorful without assaulting your taste buds. Portions are generous and prices are more than fair. Everyone that works there is attentive to your needs. Our server was Dily, (I'm not sure of the spelling) and he was wonderful. We dined there on a Sunday early evening and they were just finishing up a party. It is a perfect venue for a party! I highly recommend Nonna Carola.

My husband, son and I recently ate at Nonna Carola and we really enjoyed the experience. Great dining room and atmosphere, this would a great place for a big group. This was our first time at this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised, we enjoyed the food and would definitely return.

Food very good, service attentive. Ambient noise combined with throbbing music very annoying. Difficult to talk with each other at our table.
