We have been regulars at this Noodle Box for our family's Thursday night takeout. While the prices can be high, the food is consistently good. However, the service staff is lacking. The young employees at the counter often mumble and our bad experience tonight was the final straw for us. We asked for and received a full refund, which we ended up spending at the new Vietnamese restaurant next door that has amazing food.
I don't know why there seem to be less Noodle Box's I think this is by far the best fast food option available.The service is always pretty quick the menu and offers are great and if there isn't anything you fancy you can always use the touch screen menu to create your own box.I'm not sure if they still do it but Noodle Box used to be free on your birthday!

Lachlan and Keanan provided excellent customer service! The half-sauced Combo was delicious and I will definitely be returning for more. Some menu items were a bit too salty and saucy for my liking, but overall it was a good experience. Réservez une table maintenant
We ordered ths usual combination but this time didnt get ANY PRAWNS.....we think he knew as he spoke to the girl held up fingers and tapped the prawn box. If hed knew cwhy didnt he fix instead of giving itbto hs prawnless. Ripped off
Food here is not the greatest, to be honest giving it an average rating is being very generous. Being close to work I'm sometimes forced to eat here for a change.
I drove 20 minutes to get to this restaurant today, and guess what? It was worth it! In my opinion, it's the best Noodle Box franchise in Brisbane. Thank you.
